Singapore the most happening place for Halo 4 !!!!

I just came to know through gamespot that Microsoft Singapore has announced that it will start taking preorders for Halo 4 in Singapore starting September 26..The versions up for order will be

1. The Halo 4 Limited Edition console which costs S$599 ($480)
2. The Halo 4 limited edition version of the game which costs S$99 ($79)
3. The standard version of the title which costs S$69 ($55). 

Customers who preorder the game will get a discount for buying the Halo 4 soundtrack from October 22 until November 6.This sounds a great deal i only hope i can get some discount on halo 4(the game) as well as console games tend to be quite expensive compared to PC games.Another good news for the gamerz at Singapore is that there will be a  Halo 4 Ultimate Deathmatch contest during the launch of the game at Funan Digitalife mall on November 6. Here, contestants will fight each other in Halo 4 in a specially-created booth arena and get the longest amount of winning streaks to determine the champion which sounds pretty cool.I would have loved it if we could have some kind of a contest where you win a halo4 cd or an custom made halo 4 xbox 360 that would awesome.In addition to all that the XFRIENDS regional tournament has also been announced for singapore. The contest allows players to compete with each other online in a series of games ranging from Tekken Tag Tournament 2 to Call of Duty: Black Ops II what else will a gamer want?i guess just a glass of coke would be sufficient. The winner will get $10,000 in cash and a 24-karat gold-plated Xbox 360.Im sure whoever wins this will end up spending this one buying more games :D. More information will be revealed on September 10 on the official website.I cannot wait to preorder the halo4..i only wish i could order the custom made xbox 360 console for halo 4 but i will save a tad longer to buy the next gen console.Guess we have to wait a little more longer before we can get our hands on this one.The way things are going for the gamerz at singapore guess thats the place for all of us gamerz to be!!!
