My favorite single from last month is the Harlem Shake,The single is really addictive and fun to listen to.There are many videos of it which you can see on Youtube,especially the spoof ones which are really hilarious.After the gangam style which released last year,Harlem Shake is the single which is rocking this year (2013) especially because of the dance moves.

April Fools' Day 01/04/2013 - A few classic Pranks

Its that time of the year again where people around the world gear up to play pranks on each other as a part of the April Fools Day.Since today 01/04/2013 is the April Fools day,let me share with you a few classic pranks which cannot be forgotten as a part of history.

• In 1980 BBC broadcasted that the world famous Big Ben will have a digital readout.This obviously shocked the listeners and many protested the change.BBC Japanese also claimed to give the clock hands to first four listeners who called in.
  
• In the year 2007 a website of Lebanon Circle Magik Co uploaded an image of an 8 inch mummified creature which resembled the fairy.The website claimed that the dog had found the creature in rural Derbyshire.This ended up with the website getting numerous hits and emails.During the end of April 1st the owner of the website claimed that the image was indeed a hoax.
  
• In April 1978 a large iceberg appeared in the center of the Sydney Harbor,It was claimed that the iceberg was from Antartica.However when it started to rain the plastic sheets below showed this as one of the classic pranks.
  
• In April 1860 people in London received an invitation to watch the washing of the white lions at the Tower of London.When they reached the spot they were disappointed to find that the lions were not kept in the tower since a long time.
  
• In April 1998 Burger King gave a full page advertisement claiming to have introduced a new sandwich for 32 million left handed Americans.Many people ordered the sandwich while others preferred the right handed.
  
• On April 1st 1972 a newspaper headlines announced that the loch ness monter had been found which turned out to be bull elephant seal.
  
• in 1977 the guardian published a 7 page report about how a city had been found below the Indian ocean.As their phones ran all the day this turned out to be nothing but a classic prank.
  
• During an interview on BBC Radio 2 in 1976,An astronomer named Patrick Moore claimed that a rare astronomical phenomena was about to take place as Pluto was going to pass behind Jupiter.He claimed that this will cause a gravitational alignment which will cause the earths gravity to decrease.He also said people would be able to fell a strange floating sensation if they jumped at a particular time.The funniest thing about this one of the most classic pranks was that many people called in and claimed that they felt the sensation.
  
• One of the best April Fools day prank took place in  1957 when a three minute clip showed about the bumper spaghetti harvest in Southern Switzerland.Many people called up BBC to ask how they can harvest the same.
  
  
• In 1962 in Sweden there was only one television Channel.The station announced that their technical expert will reveal a few secrets about how viewers can see in color through their black and white television.The expert told viewers to cut open a pair of stockings and tape them over the screen.Many fell for this classic prank.
  
• One of the best classic pranks of Today's April Fool's Day (01/04/2013) is by Google who introduced Google nose which will help users search for smell.

The year 2012 has come and gone.All the rumors of the world ending have now been officially proved wrong.During the year however there were a few great games that made their way to feed the appetite of hungry gamers.Below are ten the video games that gamers loved and conquered last year or continue to do so this year.

10. FIFA Soccer 13:

Who doesn't love a bit of a dance with the moves being instructed through the television.Just dance 4 didn't disappoint and was as good as its former games and released for Wii, X360, Wii U and PS3.No wonder the game was one of the most anticipated games of 2013.

Assassin's Creed has lived up to its reputation once again with the release of the third installment of the series that released on X360, PS3, PC and Wii U.

03.Halo 4:

Need i say more?Halo 4 was patiently waited for by the Halomaniacs since there was the much anticipated return of Master Chief.The game obviously did well and was an Xbox exclusive.The only disappointment however was that it did not release on PC.

There have been reports of many places around the globe that gives most of the people the creeps.Some people believe there is a scientific explanation for it whereas some believe this is due to a negative, paranormal or a ghostly presence around.Whatever the case maybe there are a few places where these are encountered frequently.Below are ten of such places which will spook you out.

10.A Swamp In Louisiana:

Manchac swamp in Louisiana is said to be a place which has Ghosts, mass graves, alligators, and the spookiest looking trees and is said to be quite frightening.

09.An Asylum in London:

An insane Lunatic Asylum named Cane Hill located in Croydon,London was used until 1991-when by all the appearances everyone just got up and walked out.A few of the inmates were transferred to other secure locations but some of the medical equiments still remained in the hospital.

08:A place where you cannot visit before Sunset or after Sunrise:

This is an abandoned town in Rajasthan, India which was created for a prince as a memorial to his war efforts and it is said to be the most haunted place in the country.Due to a curse Bhangarh was  abandoned in 1783.Till today there is board outside which says people are not allowed to enter inside before sunset or after sunrise

07:A fire that never goes out:

During the year 1962 in a place called Centralia in Pennsylvania there was a fire set to the rubbish in an abandoned mine to clean the town up.Apparently the fire was so strong that it spread to the deeper recesses and ended up setting the abandoned coal mine on fire.Since then it has been burning below the empty streets of the city.There is a Danger around every corner in Centralia which includes poisonous gases, collapsing roads and fire.

06.Hell exists here?

Hell may or may not exist but in either case this place certainly exists.The Gates of Hell is apparently a 328 foot wide hole which is in Turkmenistan. Soviet drilling accident in 1971 caused the hole which leaked dangerous gases.Scientists thought the best way would be to burn them off which caused it caused it to burn non stop until now and the glow can also be seen from miles away

05.Tophet Sanctuary:

A Sanctuary which is in Tunisia is a home to thousands of graves of children only which make historians believe that  they may have been the victim of human sacrifice during old times. It is also believed that he children might have been sacrificed and then eaten due to starvation during the time.

04:Crystal Sepulchre Cave:

A cave found in Belize has a lot of  skeletal remains and archeological artifacts of the Maya.The most shocking resident is a young girl who was apparently a victim of human sacrifice.It is also said that her  bones glitter like crystal compared to an average skeleton which is all the more spooky

03:Abandoned but still in existence:

A place named Pripyat is known to be a Ukrainian ghost town. Initially it was a home to the workers from Chernobyl but  after the nuclear disaster it was abandoned. Visits are permitted but the stay has to be short.
