The official Announcement of Battlefield 4 release date might just be as far as 90 days from now as the company is set to develop its main franchise for the next gen consoles.

Frank Gibeau(EA game label president)  responded to a few questions about Battlefield 4 and said that they will announce more about the Battlefield franchise within the next three months.The announcement might also include the Battlefield 4 release date along with a few other details such as Platforms its going to release on.

The next financial year for EA runs from April 2013 to March 2014 which suggests that the Battlefield 4 release date  might be around  October.However this is not yet been confirmed officially.

EA CEO(John Riccitiello) suggested that the next-gen installments for Battlefield and FIFA were already in the makes for the next gen consoles. "
