GTA 5 release delayed to September 17th

GTA 5 release postponed to September 17.

The announcement came via Rockstar today where the company confirmed that they would require extra bit of time before they could go ahead with the release of the game.

The company further stated that GTA 5 is a massively ambitious and a complex game and needs a bit of polishing before it can be released.There was no mention of any details regarding the GTA 5 release on PC or WII console yet.The company however confirmed that they are keeping their options open.

GTA 5 was announced in October 2011 and the trailer that was released following the announcement showcased that the game will be set primarily in present-day Los Santos(fictional town) and is expected to be bigger than Red Dead Redemption, GTA: San Andreas, and GTAIV combined.

There will be three protagonists in GTA V and this will be the first game of the franchise that will have its primary story told through multiple characters.GTA 4 was a superhit and was announced only for the consoles earlier and was later release for PC.Hope the release of GTA 5 makes its way to the PC as well.
