A new Share button and Performance improvements in Chrome for iOS update
The Freeware web browser from Google which is considered to be one of the most stable around has recently done quite well as a mobile web browser.The latest Google Chrome for iOS update brings a variety of improvements for the iOS devices.The update released for Android also brings in various tweaks and improvements for the Android OS.
A new feature within the Google Chrome iOS update allows the users to press the back button to go to the previous page within any tab of the browser.The update also adds a share button which will now allow the users to share the web pages on Google Plus,Gmail,Mail,Facebook and Twitter.
The chrome for android has its own set of performance improvements.The latest update increases responsiveness of the web pages within the application and the the pages load much faster because of the new v8 Javascript engine.
Any audio that is accessed within the page is played and is paused in case a call is received.This feature however will require special permission from the user.The chrome browser for android will now also support HTML5 in the form of CSS filters.
Google is also testing Proxy based data compression feature for its Chrome for Android.The feature has not yet been updated by Google but will reduce the data consumption by loading the optimized web pages through the Proxy servers of Google.Chrome for iPhone and android features might be different but the update guarantees a smoother user experience while browsing the web.
