Sony Xperia Z Screen of Death to be fixed in the next software update

Sony recently launched their latest touch screen enabled smartphone Sony Xperia Z.The Smartphone is said to include various features such as a 13 Mega Pixel camera and is said to be dust and water resistant.However the Smartphone lovers who have managed to get their hands on this latest innovation by Sony are a bit disappointed as the Sony Xperia Z screen of death that is appearing for a few users seems to be causing various problems.

Although many claim that a hard reset (Pressing the power button and Volume up key) seems to be fixing the problem,the fix doesn't seem to be working for everyone.

At the xperia blog Sony has confirmed that they will be fixing the issue when they release the next software update.However the company did not reveal the date or the amount of time it will take for the next software update to be released by them.

The problem actually started when a few users reported that their Smartphones were working OK at one moment and suddenly died for no apparent reason.

This might really hamper the sales of Sony Xperia Z for the company as they seem to have worked hard in making the device with a range of features such as

It will be interesting to see when the Sony Xperia Z Screen of death fix is implemented by the company.If Sony needs to compete with the big guns they would really need to implement a software update to fix the problem as soon as possible considering blackberry with their latest devices are also trying to claw their way back to compete with Samsung and Apple Smartphones.
