Hurricane Sandy getting stronger as it closes in

Hurricane Sandy is said to be the strongest storm US has ever faced.Its natural calamities like these that makes a person realize how helpless he can be at times.As US prepares to brace for what people are saying the worst storm it has ever faced i only pray for the well being of the people near the area impacted and hope the Sun shines on them once again as soon as possible.The storm is apparently 1,600 kilometers wide which shows why people are worried about it.If a storm can cover that much distance it means it will hit a lot of places.

Reading news online it has been stated in a lot of websites that this storm has killed 66 people in the Caribbean before reaching the U.S. coastal areas causing rains and snow falls.

Almost everything at New York has come to a standstill  including stock markets and schools which remained closed on Monday and possibly on Tuesday as well.

New York stock exchange confirmed to keep electronic trading going on Monday which was later cancelled. 

Additionally flights were also grounded until the storm passes.

Hope this storm causes minimum or no impact for everyone in the USA.Its a scary time but I'm confident sun will shine once again and all will be well:).
