The Art Dealers Apartment in Dishonored

I tried inputting the code 8 7 9 in safe at the Art Dealers Apartment but that didn't seem to work.I should have paid more attention earlier in the game to get the code.Anyways i have found an alternative so in case if you have missed out in noticing the safe combination code you can try inputting the following codes from which one will surely work.The codes you can try are
