A screenshot of what the prices of upcoming Ipad Mini can be have been posted on the German site Mobile Geeks.
Looking at the screenshot we can assume the following configuration and prices
8GB Wi-Fi only in black or white that will cost €249. Where the capacity can be doubled and cellular networking added to the same capacity for an additional €100.
16GB Wi-Fi iPad mini will be priced at €349, the 8GB iPad mini with cellular networking will be priced the same as well
64GB storage and cellular networking will be priced at €649.
Given Apple's current pricing strategy, US prices are likely to be the same i.e. between $249-$649, rather than exchange rate equivalents of their Euro counterparts.
Looks like the 8GB iPad mini will be $50 more expensive in comparison to Google Nexus 7, the tablet that has seen plenty of success and brought the smaller tablet space into focus.
Since the Nexus 7 is available only in a few countries so far this will give apple the edge and many people might opt for one as well compared to their history of success.
