Resident Evil 6 does not include on disc paid DLC

There was an outrage from the Resident Evil fans recently who had discovered on-disc Resident Evil 6 downloadable content. The publisher has now admitted that the content already on game discs is free and is "incomplete."

Looking at the company's blog a Capcom representative explained that the free content namely the No Hope difficulty mode and a new co-op partner is "incomplete" and will not work without the actual download. An update will release soon with two free DLC items.

With regards to the previously announced Resident Evil 6 paid downloadable content, Capcom confirmed these add-ons are not already on discs. New game modes Survivors, Predator, and Siege will be made available first on Xbox 360 before PlayStation 3.

Resident Evil 6 released last week and has shipped more than 4.5 million copies

The Game is set to release sometime in 2013 for the PC and is already released for PS3 and Xbox 360.
