As we close in towards the end of the year there are still quite a few high profile games yet to release this year and with the release there are huge expectations among gamers.Below are the top ten most anticipated Xbox 360 games of 2012.
10.Fable: The Journey:
This is the fifth installment of the fable series.The game is developed by Lionhead Studios and published by Microsoft Studios for Xbox 360, and is an exclusive Kinect title.A new gameplay trailer ended up with the game being nominated for the Game Critics Awards Best of E3 2012, under the category 'Best Motion Simulation Game'. Unreal Engine 3 engine will be used for the development of Fable The Journey unlike its previous game.
09.Hitman Absolution:
Every gamer loves a bit of hitman.The latest release in the franchise named Hitman: Absolution will be a stealth game that is being developed by IO Interactive and will be published by Square Enix.This fifth entry in the Hitman series will run on IO Interactive's proprietary Glacier 2 game engine.It has also been confirmed that this installment will be easier to play and more accessible but at the same time it will also retain hardcore aspects.November 20, 2012 is the expected release date for the game.
08.WWE '13:
This one is one of my personal favorites.WWE '13 is an upcoming wrestling game which is developed by Yuke's and published by THQ for the Sony PlayStation 3, Wii and Xbox 360 consoles. The best part of the game is that it focuses on the Attitude Era of WWE, which will replace the Road to WrestleMania Mode with an Attitude Era Mode where the player will be able to playthrough the attitude era.
07.Medal of Honor Warfighter:
This is a direct sequel to 2010 series reboot Medal of Honor and is the fourteenth Medal of Honor installment.On February 23, 2012 the title was officially announced, and is expected to release in North America on October 23 2012,and on October 26 2012 in the United Kingdom.The game will run on Windows Vista/7 and DirectX 10 and 11.

This is the nineteenth installment of the need for speed franchise and will release worldwide for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PlayStation Vita as well as iOS,on 30 October 2012(Beginning in North America).

For all the basketball lovers there is NBA 2K13.Even though the game has already been released it was one of the most anticipated games on the xbox console

Resident Evil Series has made its mark known in the horror survival category.It comes as no surprise that Resident Evil 6 is one of the most anticipated game.Even though the game has already been released for consoles and has mixed reviews there is a lot of faith that still remains around this game.
03:Assassin's Creed III:
One of the main reasons why there is a huge anticipation around this game is because the game got delayed and we can hardly wait to see whats in store for us.Until now looking at Max Payne III and a few other games where the release got delayed the developers have been able to make the game even more enjoyable hopefully this will continue the legacy.
02:Call Of Duty:Black Ops II:
After a brilliant Black ops I we had to experience a below average Call of Duty:Modern Warfare 3.This leaves us confused as to what we can expect out of Black Ops II.Hopefully this will live up to the expectations of Black Ops I and Modern Warfare 3 will soon be forgotten.

I can hear a loud cheer from every gamer even though I'm just typing this in.The name Halo 4 is enough to make this game a super hit and the return of master chief makes it even more exciting and the most anticipated game ever.
