A lot depended on this match if Auckland needed to have a chance of qualifying for the Semi Finals but it ended up with them being on the loosing side.Perth struggled initially but were able to post a competitive total of 140 runs on a pitch where it was not very easy to bat on.Auckland struggled from the start and were only able to score 124 runs in their 20 overs thanks to a superb bowling performance by Michael Beer who was also the man of the match.Below is the full scorecard.
