Orionoid Meteor showers expected tonight

Orionoid Meteor Showers

Meteor Showers are expected once again tonight and for all  those who don't want to miss the opportunity to see this there is also a live feed which is being filmed at the Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville.Due to light pollution Ala Officials have warned the shower will not be very visible in urban areas.

The peak visibility will be after midnight on Saturday night to dawn Sunday morning,

This is a normal phenomena which occurs around mid-October as the debris from the comet hits the edge of Earth's atmosphere. The debris is moving at a very fast pace of roughly 148,000 mph and burns up when it hits the atmosphere, which causes the flash of light that we see as meteor showers.
