I am a massive horror movies fan and i must say The Cabin In The Woods is one of the best horror movies i have seen in the recent past.The only reason why i have not listed this movie in my top ten favorite horror movies section here is because this is a movie i got to see quite a few days after creating that list.
Unlike Other movies which keep going on and on and on with no motive and cheap thrills this one was quite different and surprisingly very good.It was basically a sci fi cum horror movie.Even though i liked this movie a lot i have a feeling this could have done a lot better if it did not drag on at a few places.The story of the movie is about 5 friends who go to a cabin for an outing and bizzare things take place and there are ghosts,zombies and other supernatural creatures everywhere.
This is definitely one of the best horror movies i have seen in the recent past and worth a watch just because its not the same old and i strongly believe movies like these keep my faith alive that a simple movie such as this can still give you thrills
