WII U is going to be region locked

As we await the release of WII U Nintendo has  confirmed that the Wii U will be region-locked.

The original statement was made in the Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu (reported by CNET), The Wii U--just like the Wii and 3DS before will not allow gamers to play titles imported from other regions. 

Nintendo has had region-locking policy  in place since the days of the Nintendo Entertainment System for a few of its devices, and has often not been received well among gamers. 

As you all know the Wii U will launch on November 18 in the U.S and will be available in two bundles as follows

 $299 8GB white basic model 
 $350 32GB deluxe black version. 


This one is going to turn out legendary im quite sure of it !
