The good news is that capcom has confirmed that they wont make the same mistakes they did when they made Resident Evil 4 which turned out to be a disaster.The bad news is that Resident evil 6 will take a longer time to be released than the console version.Going through Capcoms blog
Capcom has confirmed that they did not begin to work on a PC version of Resident Evil 6 earlier as they were waiting for the completion of the console versions which would allow the developer to use the final codebase as a starting point.
They also confirmed that it will take some time until they provide details on release dates and PC specific requirements
In addition to above they also confirmed that there was a team working on Resident Evil 6 for PC.
Capcom also said "Projects like this you guys seem to think are 'trivial' but they are not,". "When they get treated as trivial, you end up with Resident Evil 4 PC… which I don't think too many true fans were pleased with."
As i was planning to play this on PC im a bit disappointed to see that it will be released late but i would rather wait then capcom repeating the same disaster as resident evil 4.
