Happy Wars will be the first free Xbox Live Game

Sometimes a lot of xbox owners feel they are paying too much for the xbox live service and not getting anything in return as almost anything you would require will require you to pay some money.Well, with the news i have for you that might end up being a thing of the past as Microsoft has confirmed the launch of its first free-to-play Xbox Live game next week. This was announced by the company through its PlayXBLA website. Happy Wars (online competitive brawler)will be available on October 12 exclusively for Xbox Live Gold subscribers. This comes as good news for gold subscribers and also will get gamers without the service to opt for one.

The game will support up to 30 players (15 against15), who will take part in free-for-all battles against one another. Players will be able to upgrade their characters appearance as well as equipment by unlocking "Happy Stars" through the game, or  through purchasing "Happy Tickets" with real-world money.

We do not have any clarity as to how much these add-ons will cost in money,Along with Happy Wars the other title lined up is Signal Studios' third-person role-playing game named as Ascend: New Gods which will also be available through the platform for free when it launches(Not sure when the launch date would be yet.
