A patch has been released to fix the ongoing issues with the Xbox 360 version of Call of Duty: Black Ops II.
As confirmed by Treyarch the following changes have been made within the patch

A small map exploit in Aftermath has been patched |
A rare situation that causes the Emblem Editor menu to overlap other menus has been fixed |
Balance pass on spawn influencers to improve cases causing non-optimal spawning under certain conditions |
Performance has been improved for emblem uploads to prevent a random hang. Now If there is an error connecting to servers during an upload, a player will be able to re-try the save. |
Emblems and Clan tags will now appear correctly on the Assault Shield when stowed on the back |
All reported UI error code messages have been addressed |
Elite Clan Friends list no longer actively sorts players when their status is updated. The player list will refresh after closing and re-opening the tab |
Number of Emblem Icons in the Emblem editor have been increased |
Calling Cards.have been added with Junkyard IV reward |
Hopefully now the Black Ops II gamers will be able to play this legendary game to its true potential.
