One of the toughest stages i have played until now is Sokolov's House.It is very tough to get through until precise with stealth.One of the best things about this game is the way you can play around with hacking the systems.It reminds me of Bioshock at times.Below is a slideshow,pictures and videos of the house of Sokolov.
