WII U users accidently get access to debug mode

Looking at NeoGAF post there have been multiple reports that users have accidentally come across the debug mode after the launch of this newly released console.

Screenshots posted by a user  shows how he was able to access a list of admins, with options to regenerate admin passwords and delete admin accounts.Apart from that he was also able to see the messages from the developers.

Hopefully this will be a temporary issue which should be fixable by a patch release.
