Resident Evil 6 which has got mixed reviews on consoles is set for release on March 22nd as announced by Capcom.Upon launch the game will include "all console content,"and the future content will be delivered through free title updates.Capcom had earlier stated that the release of the PC version of the game will take sometime "some time"and also stated that they would repeat the disaster they had with Resident Evil 4.
Capcom confirmed that the game would be available for download on March 22 but did not mention any retail outlets the game will be available at.
The Steam version of the game will support
- cloud saving
- Steam Achievements
- leaderboards
- game overlay.
Capcom further confirmed that the game would be available as an Xbox 360 Games on Demand sometime later this year with no confirmation of the price
