Sony On its official Xperia Blog have announced the upgrade Schedule for the much anticipated Jelly bean upgrade.The company has been behind other handsets in regards to the release but confirmed on their blog that they are looking into all aspects of the phone including stability before they go ahead and release the update because of which there is a delay.There are quite a few handsets which will not be getting the upgrade which has caused a bit of an outrage on the comments section of the blog.
Jellybean Upgrade Schedule:
- Xperia T, Xperia TX and Xperia V - February and March.
- Xperia P, Xperia J and Xperia go - end of March
- Xperia S, Xperia SL, Xperia ion and Xperia acro S will follow in the subsequent weeks.
The Xperia Handsets that will not be upgraderd beyond ice cream sandwich are:
- Xperia U
- Xperia miro
- Xperia tipo
- Xperia sola
