Facebook which is one of the top social networking website have sent an invitation to the media asking them to join them at their headquarters in Menlo Park,CA on Tuesday 15/01/2013 at 10 AM Pacific Time.
The invite which has come in between the CES event which is currently in progress has made everyone curious to know exactly what Facebook is up to this time.The news might be quite big.
Many think that Facebook might announce a few details about releasing the Facebook phone as they have collaborated with the ChaCha and Salsa phones in the past and helped design a dedicated Facebook button for deep integration to social networking
Further reports from The New York Times in May last year also suggested that around half a dozen Apple engineers who earlier had worked on iPhone and iPad were hired to build a Facebook smartphone after which Bloomberg reported that the phone will debut in mid-2013.If that is the case the timing is just about right for Facebook to announce the launch of their smartphone.
